At JORESTECH Safety, we are committed to your protection and satisfaction; if your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn, unwashed safety gear back into its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is eligible for processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5 business days.
